The Supreme Court denied to stay the UPPSC main examination 2017 on 18 June 2018 and void the Allahabad High Court order asking for a re-evaluation of answer sheets of the preliminary test. The decision has been taken by the supreme court judges UU Lalit and Deepak Gupta, considering the appeal of UPPSC against the high court order. According to the bench “We allow the appeal of the UPPSC and set aside the high court order.
